Gregg Pauletti, MS
Founder and Director
Gregg is an independent educational consultant who specializes in working with young adults who are living with mental health challenges.
His background in counseling and years of admissions experience in higher education has positioned him to effectively work with students through the college admissions process and point them to schools which can provide the most appropriate mental health support. He has in-depth knowledge and experience supporting individuals with executive functioning needs, study and life skills, and other challenges that face young adults living with mental illness.
After completing his Masters in Counseling at PACE University, Gregg was trained by the preeminent scholar in the field of Cognitive Remediation, Dr. Alice Medalia from Columbia University, in the NEAR Model of Cognitive Remediation. He went on to help develop and direct the first non-residential cognitive remediation program in Connecticut.
Gregg lives with his wife and three children in Greenwich, CT. He co-founded and is the President of Tiny Dancer Project, a charity which raises money for pediatric cancer research. He is also an elected official for the Town of Greenwich’s RTM."
STEPHANIE TOWNS, PSYD, ABPP-CN
Dr. Stephanie Towns is a board certified clinical neuropsychologist who provides assessment for adults of all ages. Dr. Towns earned her PsyD in clinical psychology at Antioch University New England. She went on to get specialized training in neuropsychology through her internship at the James A Haley VA Medical Center in Tampa, FL and her fellowship through the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Dr. Towns sees patients with a variety of neurological disorders such as dementia, epilepsy, and movement disorders. She also provides forensic consultation to litigants and insurance companies in cases involving traumatic brain injury or disability due to neurological disease (e.g. stroke).
Chad Dorman – Founder, Leonard Andrew Consulting; Athletic Recruiting Consultant
A graduate of The Gunnery (Washington, CT) and the University of Vermont, Chad spent the early years of his career teaching English, Creative Writing, and Public Speaking before starting Leonard Andrew Consulting in 2013 - a business built on the desire to see every client reach their potential - while applying, during their studies, and beyond.
LAC works with students and student-athletes to find their school of best fit, optimize their brand and their goals, geared towards their version of success in the future -- academically, athletically, and socially.
When working with student-athletes, the LAC team provides tutoring, interview and essay prep, and application assistance, all while laser-focused on athletic recruiting guidance, communications with teams and programs, boosting exposure to schools of ‘best fit’, and providing updates on the NCAA and how varying rules may apply to the particular student-athlete and sport.
