After a 15-year career as an English teacher, coach, dorm parent, advisor and dean at Dartmouth College, The King School, Kingswood-Oxford, Philips Andover and the Taft School, Alex transitioned into private educational leadership as a leading purveyor of premium specialized tutoring services. Author of How to Get Your Kids Into College & Keep Them There, he is an expert at college transition and retention for alternative learners, and has helped hundreds of unique adolescent teens and young adults on all spectrums to find their way. He attended Philips Exeter Academy and received an undergrad degree from Kenyon College and a Masters Degree from Dartmouth College.  As a father of three, each with their own specialized needs, he brings a host of personal and professional experience to every individual profile.
